Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must contact us at contact@essentiabags.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear images of the product and packaging. Upon reviewing the evidence, we will determine if a replacement or refund is warranted. We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the product shows signs of misuse or damage not related to manufacturing defects.
Items Lost in Transit
By placing an order with Essentiavision, you agree to our shipping times. Most orders are delivered within the stated timeframes, though occasional external factors like customs inspections may cause delays. If your order exceeds the expected shipping time by more than 10 business days, please contact us. After verifying the delay, we will offer a replacement. Refunds for lost packages will only be considered after a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@essentiabags.com. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Essentiavision is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided in the order. Upon inquiry, we will assist by providing the delivery details, including the delivery date, tracking information, and the shipping carrier's contact information, so you can follow up directly. It is recommended to choose secure delivery locations to prevent theft or misplacement.
